Can You Speak Baby?

Little Prince has really started talking a lot lately. The incoherent babbles and squawks are rearranging into semi-coherent words and phrases. If you count all the baby babble he’s been doing, he’s really quite the talker. It’s fun to hear the babble turning into genuine conversation. :)

Of course, the intent is there but the execution is still a little sloppy. In typical toddler fashion, the words come out a little distorted and squished. Though he can say “momma,” “puppy,” “buckle” and “go” clear as a bell, the others might take a little more guesswork without helpful context.

For grins & giggles, how many of these can you guess?? :D

1.) bup

2.) dieyee

3.) hearse

4.) orsiss

5.) bopper

6.) ink

7.) awnna (okay, that’s technically three words in one - hint, hint.)

8.) key

9.) ite

10.) uck
