Menu Plan Monday

Here it is another week, one more week to keep the healthy train on track! Here’s the menu for what lies around the bend. All aboard for a healthy menu that’s yummy, too. Want a recipe? Just ask!

Sunday:

  • Breakfast - Cereal
  • Lunch - Home-Grilled Hamburgers & Chips
  • Supper - “Pizza” Pasta, Salad

Monday:

  • Breakfast - Cereal, Fruit
  • Lunch - Chef Salads
  • Snack - Fruit Salad
  • Supper - Meatloaf, Corn on the Cob, Baked “Fried” Potatoes, Peas

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast - Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes, Turkey Bacon
  • Lunch - Sandwich Wraps, Dill Pickle Spears
  • Snack - Fruit Salad
  • Supper - Rice, Beans, Cornbread

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs, Homemade Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Turkey Bacon, Orange Wedges
  • Lunch - Baked Potatoes
  • Snack - Sliced Apples, Peanut Butter Dip, Wheat Crackers, Sliced Cheddar
  • Supper - Porcupine Meatballs, Salad, Steamed Yellow Squash, Ranch Beans

Thursday:

  • Breakfast - Oatmeal w/ Blueberries, OJ
  • Lunch - Sandwich Wraps, Sliced Fruit
  • Snack - Sliced Cheddar, Sliced Turkey, Wheat Crackers
  • Supper - Crockpot Stew, Home Made Dinner Rolls, Salad

Friday:

  • Breakfast -Banana, Yogurt, Raisin Bread
  • Lunch - Chef Salads
  • Snack - Homemade Chocolate Chip Granola Bars, Sliced Fruit
  • Supper - Salisbury Steak, Baked Mac’N'Cheese, Steamed Broccoli, Potato Wedges

Saturday:

  • Breakfast - Biscuits, Gravy, Turkey Bacon, OJ
  • Lunch - Leftovers
  • Snack -Fresh Popcorn, Raisins, Orange Wedges
  • Supper - Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Salad, Bread
