Bloggy Giveaways Carnival - Winter ‘08 Edition
This season’s Bloggy Giveaways Carnival by Shannon is up over at Bloggy Giveaways. It’s a week long event of freebies- and who doesn’t love free stuff? Peruse the list on the Bloggy Giveaway site, hop on over to the hosting websites, enter their giveaways (according to their guidelines) and then sit back and wait for the week to unfold. Go ahead browse around the donators websites while you wait. At the end of the week everybody selects the winners. It’s loads of fun. And it’s free! (I love that word.) If you’ve got time, though, you’d better check back several times throughout the week. New stuff will continue to be added all the way up until the end. Just pace yourself and set the timer or you’ll end up sitting in front of the computer screen for hours while your kids run amok and your house mysteriously acquires messes that nobody made. Last time, I didn’t personally win anything, but my friend Katie at Boasting In My Weakness won several things. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for this year.

I’m not a blogger. It sounds like fun. Especially the mysterious messes in our house, that no-one claims to have made! Mr. Nobody! I’m a crafter and love looking for new stuff to make from my old stuff! So far I’ve made some market bags from Grandma’s fabric, baskets out of newspapers and a bag out of lunchbox juices. Bring it on!

Amber, I found this free thing on Katie’s blog, and I’m hooked! I’ve signed up for several things and this afternoon posted my own free thing on my blog for someone to win. You’re right though, it’s highly addictive and I didn’t get much done this afternoon! I’m having lots of fun with it though. I was so glad to see you on Sunday! Glad you are all feeling better!
