* Last week we tried Laura’s bread machine recipe for whole wheat pizza dough and I really like it! It turned out better than any pizza dough I have ever made before, out of a box, a package or from scratch. Definitely, definitely making this on a regular basis!

If I had a bread machine that would make it really easy. I may try it by hand. We all love homemade pizza and I have been experimenting with different types of crusts as well.

Katie – You crack me up! You plan all those meals, too, you just don’t write them down on paper. Don’t you make some kind of list of things for breakfast and lunch before you go to the store? I know you do. So you’re still writing it down, just not naming it for a certain day.
It CAN take a little time. But it’s the only way to make sure that I by enough food, that actually goes together, and don’t overspend when I go grocery shopping.
Jennifer – I really liked the dough – This may seem odd, but I have never FELT dough like that before. It wasn’t sticky or tacky at all. It was so soft and yet firm and easy to roll out. I knew before I baked it that it would be good.
For ease, I made it 3 cups of bread flour and one cup of wheat flour and it tasted delicious!
