Homemade Cherry Limeades

My kids love cherry limeades. But I don’t like to drive six miles into town or spend the money at Sonic to get one. Instead, we make them at home. The kids have fun making them, and they really enjoy drinking them!

To one glass of ice, add two lime quarters (squeezed), 3 or four maraschino cherries, two teaspoons of the maraschino syrup, and fill with Sprite (or Diet Sprite) -YUM!!

We’re having cherry limeades this week and the kids don’t know it yet. I can’t wait to see the looks on their faces. :D

My kids love cherry limeades! We make them by adding some thawed limeade concentrate and cherry juice (Juicy Juice) to Sprite. I’m sure yours look pretty with the cherries in the glass! Enjoy!

    How fun!!

This would also work for those of us who have to cross an ocean to find a Sonic!

Now the only question is: where I can I buy some maraschino cherries?

This sounds delicious! Don’t think I’ve ever heard of a cherry limeade before. (What does that mean?)

    Thanks for the great idea!
